We are proud to present the PRG Internal Weight, a premium internal weighting solution developed and manufactured entirely in Austria. With this product, we have succeeded in designing the heaviest internal weight on the market relative to its available installation space. It is the result of innovative engineering, advanced manufacturing technology, and extensive practical testing under real-world conditions.
The PRG Internal Weight is designed for shooters who demand maximum stability, optimal balance, and a consistently calm rifle behavior. Installation is straightforward and can be carried out by any shooter. The weight is mounted using six screws and can be installed quickly and precisely, making it universally applicable to rifles equipped with an M-LOK-compatible fore-end. This ease of installation is one of the many strengths of the PRG internal weighting system.
The entire component is 3D printed from corrosion-resistant stainless steel and subsequently filled with lead to achieve its maximum possible mass. This construction not only delivers exceptional weight but also contributes significantly to vibration reduction within the chassis. The result is a noticeably more stable rifle during the firing cycle, improved recoil control, and enhanced shot-to-shot consistency.
Every professional precision shooter knows that adding weight to the rifle is essential. Stability at the moment of the shot, reliable impact observation, and—most importantly—proper balance can only be achieved through a well-thought-out weighting concept. The PRG Internal Weight ensures a perfectly balanced rifle and an extremely low center of gravity, which directly translates into improved control and repeatability.
Through extensive testing, we found that manufacturing the Internal Weight as a single solid component is crucial. This approach guarantees the lowest possible center of gravity, maximum weight within the given space, and exceptional rigidity and stiffness for the fore-end. Multi-part solutions cannot achieve the same level of stability and often compromise performance. No other product on the market delivers this amount of weight and functional benefit in such a compact installation space.
Our Internal Weight was specifically developed for the MDT ACC Elite chassis and can be installed without any rework or modification. Simply place the weight into the chassis and secure it from the underside using the supplied screws.
All components are made from fully corrosion-resistant stainless steel and can be easily cleaned using an ultrasonic bath or standard commercially available cleaning agents, ensuring long service life and minimal maintenance.
Enhance your shooting performance with the PRG – M-LOK Internal Weight by achieving greater stability, a lower center of gravity, and perfectly balanced rifle handling. For an optimized overall setup, we recommend combining it with our PRG – M-LOK External Weight to fine-tune the balance of your rifle even further.
