The Bagrider
PRG – Bagrider 140 mm for MDT ACC Elite Chassis
Designed and manufactured in Austria by Performance Rifle GmbH
We are proud to present the PRG – Bagrider 140 mm for MDT ACC Elite Chassis, a high-performance rear support solution developed and manufactured entirely in Austria. This robust and precisely engineered component is produced as a single solid part and stands out through its distinctive design, structural integrity, and functional excellence.
Manufactured using advanced metal 3D printing from corrosion-resistant stainless steel, the PRG – Bagrider is subsequently filled with lead to achieve maximum weight and to further reduce vibrations within the chassis. The corundum-blasted surface provides a durable, technical finish that perfectly complements the professional appearance of modern precision rifles. Extensive simulations and practical testing resulted in a unique geometry with a 140 mm support surface, delivering exceptional stability on the rear bag and instantly drawing attention through its clean, purposeful design.
Installation is straightforward and can be carried out easily by any shooter. The original buttpad is removed and the PRG Bagrider is simply slid onto the factory guide rails of the MDT ACC Elite buttstock. For additional security, the Bagrider can be fixed via the integrated M-LOK interface on the underside using two screws. No fitting, machining, or modification is required.
Many precision rifles, especially those equipped with heavy barrels and additional front-end weights, tend to be front-heavy. This forward-shifted center of gravity negatively affects stability and recoil control. To achieve optimal balance and a stable shooting position, substantial weight must be added to the rear of the rifle. This is exactly where the PRG Bagrider excels. By adding significant mass at the rear and providing a large, smooth contact surface for the rear bag, it delivers perfect weight distribution and enhanced control.
All components are made from fully corrosion-resistant stainless steel and can be easily cleaned using an ultrasonic bath or standard commercially available cleaning agents, ensuring long-term durability and minimal maintenance effort.

Manufactured from high‑grade stainless steel, the Flowmaster Gen. 2 is produced using advanced metal 3D printing. This manufacturing process, combined with extensive computational flow simulations, enables a level of internal geometry that is simply not achievable with conventional machining methods. The result is a highly optimized gas redirection system that delivers exceptional performance while maintaining structural integrity and durability. The surface is corundum blasted and precision turned, ensuring both functional excellence and a refined technical appearance.
With a measured recoil reduction of 63% when used with 6.5 Creedmoor, the Flowmaster Gen. 2 sets a new benchmark in its class. It was specifically developed for Precision Rifle Series (PRS) shooting, where effective recoil management is critical. By significantly reducing recoil and muzzle movement, the Flowmaster allows shooters to maintain their sight picture and spot their own impacts at distances below 200 meters. This immediate visual feedback provides a decisive advantage, enabling rapid corrections and more efficient shot-to-shot adjustments.

The Muzzle Tuner Kit
The PRG – Muzzle Tuner is a high‑precision tuning solution developed for shooters who want to unlock the maximum accuracy potential of their rifle. Designed, engineered, and manufactured entirely in Austria, this product reflects uncompromising quality, technical innovation, and a deep understanding of precision shooting requirements.
Manufactured from corrosion‑resistant stainless steel using advanced metal 3D printing, the PRG – Muzzle Tuner features a geometry that combines structural rigidity with functional efficiency. The surface is corundum blasted and precision turned, resulting in a durable, technical finish that meets the highest mechanical and aesthetic standards.
The Muzzle Tuner allows you to precisely adjust your barrel harmonics to match your specific ammunition. By tuning the natural vibration of the barrel, it becomes possible to significantly reduce dispersion and achieve the smallest possible shot groups. This process enables shooters to consistently extract the best performance from their rifle–ammunition combination, regardless of caliber or discipline.
Installation is intentionally simple and compatible with most commercially available muzzle devices. The tuner is mounted without threads and is clamped directly between the barrel and the muzzle device. During the ordering process, it is essential to specify your barrel thread so that the correct internal bore can be manufactured for a perfect fit.
Adjustment is straightforward and accessible for every shooter. Clamp the PRG – Muzzle Tuner between the barrel and your muzzle device. Fire a five‑shot group at a chosen distance using your preferred ammunition and document the group size. Then loosen the three Allen screws and rotate the tuner to the next marking, always in the same direction. Repeat this process at least five times. By comparing the recorded group sizes, a clear trend will emerge, allowing you to set the tuner to the position that delivers the tightest group. In this way, your barrel is optimally tuned to your ammunition with minimal effort and expense.
The unique design of the PRG – Muzzle Tuner stands out through its technical sophistication. The adjustment markings are deeply engraved into the material, ensuring perfect readability even after years of intensive use. Laser‑etched or printed markings were deliberately avoided, as they tend to fade or wear over time and negatively affect both function and appearance.
The perfect setup is achieved when the PRG – Muzzle Tuner is combined with our PRG – Muzzle Brake Flowmaster Gen. 2. This muzzle brake features a reference marking on its rear face, allowing absolutely repeatable and precise positioning. After cleaning, the exact same mounting position can be restored, saving valuable time and ammunition.
The PRG – Muzzle Tuner is fully rotationally symmetrical and does not require alignment, enabling fast and uncomplicated installation. All components are made from fully stainless, corrosion‑resistant steel and can be safely cleaned using an ultrasonic bath or standard commercial cleaning agents.

We are proud to introduce the PRG – HeatCover, a premium in-house product developed and manufactured entirely in Austria. This robust and stable component, manufactured from a single piece of stainless steel, stands out not only through its distinctive design but also through its technically refined and field-proven geometry.
Produced using advanced metal 3D printing and finished with a corundum-blasted surface, the PRG HeatCover combines modern manufacturing technology with functional performance. Extensive simulation and practical testing have resulted in a unique geometry that enhances both the visual appearance of your rifle and its mechanical behavior during firing.
A key advantage of the PRG HeatCover is the significant increase in chassis stability and the associated reduction in unwanted vibrations. By carefully balancing lightweight construction with the required structural rigidity, we achieved a design that delivers measurable performance benefits without unnecessary mass. Special attention was paid to maintaining the center of gravity below the barrel axis, which helps prevent twisting, canting, or distortion during the shot. This contributes directly to improved consistency and control.
From a structural standpoint, manufacturing the HeatCover from a single solid piece was a deliberate design decision. Multi-part assemblies are inherently less stable, more prone to tolerance issues, and often more expensive—an approach commonly seen in competing products. Our one-piece design ensures maximum rigidity, durability, and long-term reliability under demanding conditions.
The PRG HeatCover also offers a high degree of personalization. On both sides of the design, we intentionally created flat, unobstructed surfaces that can be customized with your name or team designation. This allows you to personalize your rifle and ensures instant recognition in photos or at competitions. Since our components are not coated, these surfaces can be marked using various methods, including laser engraving or conventional engraving techniques. The markings remain durable and clearly visible over time—something we can guarantee thanks to the use of premium materials that require no coatings or post-treatment.

The M-LOK External Weight
We are proud to present the PRG – M-LOK External Weight, a high-performance weighting solution developed and manufactured entirely in Austria. With this product, we have achieved what was previously considered impossible: the highest weight-to-volume ratio currently available on the market. Through innovative design and advanced manufacturing methods, we created a compact component that delivers maximum mass without wasting valuable mounting space.
Like many PRG products, the M-LOK External Weight offers far more than a single function. It combines three essential roles in one compact unit: a freely positionable weight for perfect rifle balance, a stable hand grip for the support hand, and an integrated support surface that functions similarly to a barricade or bag rider wing—without occupying excessive space needed for additional accessories. Both the top and bottom surfaces feature a specially designed texture pattern to ensure maximum grip on your shooting bag as well as secure control with your support hand.
Installation is fast, precise, and user-friendly. The weight is mounted using two M-LOK screws and can be installed or repositioned by any shooter in minutes. This makes the PRG – M-LOK External Weight universally compatible with any rifle equipped with an M-LOK interface and ideal for shooters who need flexibility during training or competition.

The PRG – M-LOK Internal Weight is designed for shooters who demand maximum stability, optimal balance, and a consistently calm rifle behavior. Installation is straightforward and can be carried out by any shooter. The weight is mounted using six screws and can be installed quickly and precisely, making it universally applicable to rifles equipped with an M-LOK-compatible fore-end. This ease of installation is one of the many strengths of the PRG internal weighting system.
The entire component is 3D printed from corrosion-resistant stainless steel and subsequently filled with lead to achieve its maximum possible mass. This construction not only delivers exceptional weight but also contributes significantly to vibration reduction within the chassis.
